Taking equality issues into account is essential in ensuring that people sharing protected characteristics are able to make their voices heard, and ensuring that the Scottish Parliament is accessible and open to all. 

Our response focuses on the equality legal framework, the importance of equality data, accessible communications and designing improvements in an intersectional way.
