This report is the result of our inquiry into access to legal aid for discrimination cases.

It reveals that people are facing unnecessary barriers to justice and vulnerable individuals are not being supported to bring discrimination claims. It also examines the effectiveness of the mandatory telephone gateway and makes recommendations to government.

A British Sign Language (BSL) version of the executive summary is available on YouTube (opens in a new window).
