Transparency and corporate reporting

Our annual report

Accountability

We are the independent regulator for equality, human rights and good relations in England, Scotland and Wales.

We were established by the Equality Act 2006 and our sponsor government department is the Government Equalities Office.

Transparency

We are committed to publishing details of how we are using public money. This includes details of spending, tenders and contracts issued and salaries.

To see tenders for the Commission visit the procurement portal.

To find contracts across government, search the contracts finder

Departments are asked to publish their spending information using the same approach to timing, format and content. We follow guidance available on the HM Treasury website and publish the information in conjunction with our sponsor department, the Cabinet Office.
