This document is our formal response to the government’s Tailored Review of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

The review looked at:

  • how our structures and processes help us meet our goals
  • how we prioritise
  • how we show the effects of our work
  • should we exist, and in what form?

Reviews of all non-departmental public bodies take place at least once in the lifetime of a Parliament and focus on efficiency, effectiveness and governance.
