Pre-employment health questions: guidance for job applicants on Section 60 of the Equality Act 2010

When you apply for a job in England, Scotland or Wales you should not usually be asked questions about:

• your disability
• your health

The Commission can take legal action and you may have a claim of disability discrimination if you are asked unlawful questions.
