When you apply for a job in England, Scotland or Wales you should not usually be asked questions about:

  • your disability
  • your health

The Commission can take legal action and you may have a claim of disability discrimination if you are asked unlawful questions.

  • what you can do if you think you didn’t get a job because of your disability or health
