The Commission is providing a service for the advice sector, solicitors and organisations that support individuals with their problems.
- do you work with people who may have been discriminated against?
- are you unsure whether someone might be able to make a complaint about a human rights issue?
- have you been asked to help with a discrimination or human rights issue? Do you want to talk through a case?
Experts at the Equality and Human Rights Commission are available to help.
We offer a telephone-based support service.

Help for individuals
This is a service for the advice sector. Individual members of the public should contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
EASS is completely independent of the Commission.
