This report examines the effectiveness of interventions led by UK government and employers to tackle gender, ethnicity and disability pay gaps in the UK.

Using a combination of literature evidence and workshop discussions, it also identifies opportunities for progress and highlights strategies that have the potential to reduce pay gaps for women, disabled people and ethnic minorities.
