This report considers the most effective and useful ways for employers to measure pay and progression for ethnic minorities and disabled people.

The report also sets out good practice actions from employers who are working towards making sure disabled people and those from ethnic minorities do not face barriers in terms of progression to the highest levels of an organisation.

Employers with 250 or more employees must report on their gender pay gaps, but they do not have to report on their ethnicity and disability pay gaps.
