This report outlines the results of a trial looking at whether tailored email messages can change behaviour among human resources professionals.
The trial looked at ways to increase employers who ‘recruit flexibly’ by making it clear in their job adverts whether a job is open to flexible working.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission partnered with the Behavioural Insights Team and the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) to find information that will be useful to human resources professionals in inspiring change in their organisations.
The trial was part of the Equality and Human Rights Commission's wider work with the Behavioural Insights Team to improve the experiences of pregnant women and new mothers in the labour market.
