This report shows the impact that changes to the tax and welfare system have on people.

It looks at tax and welfare changes during:

• the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government
• the 2015 to 2017 Conservative majority government

The research was carried out by Landman Economics and Aubergine Analysis.

It follows on from our interim report published in November 2017 and is supported by an evidence review.
