Closing the gender pay gap

Our report looking at the number of employers who have published an explanation of their gender pay gap figures or an action plan to show what they are doing to reduce their gender pay gaps.  

We believe that all employers should be required by law to publish this information, particularly action plans that are time-bound and include specific and measurable targets. 

This report is aimed at employers and UK, Scottish and Welsh governments, but will also be useful to anyone working towards closing the gender pay gap.
