This guide sets out the rights and entitlements to healthcare for adults and their dependents seeking asylum in England, Scotland and Wales.

It is for healthcare providers, to help them make sure people seeking asylum and their dependents enjoy the right to the highest standard of physical health.

It is also for the Home Office and organisations contracted by the Home Office, showing what they must do provide accommodation support services for people seeking asylum.

This guide follows on from our research on the barriers to accessing healthcare experienced by people seeking asylum.

This information is accurate as of January 2019.
